Comarca Kuna Yala and San Blas

One of the best preserved areas of Panama is the Comarca  Kuna Yala ; autonomous homeland of the Kuna Indians one of the indigenous tribes of Panama.  The area consists of thick strip of rainforest jungle in the mainland that runs all the way to Colombia on the North Eastern part of Panama. The San Blas Archipelago runs along the coast and consists of 365 islands and islets in the Caribbean Sea.  One of the best ways to explore this remote area is by sea as most areas can only be reached by air.

A 50ft sailing yacht will sail you along the Caribbean coast of Panama and its crew will make sure you will experience a holiday you never will forget. You can get acquainted with the Kuna Indians who still live the same lifestyle as many generations gone by, you can also go and visit an uninhabited islands, snorkel, windsurf, do some fishing.  Whilst staying on board of your luxury sailing yacht you will be spoiled with excellent meals and lots of personal attention of the English speaking crew.

The Yacht

The yacht is 50ft long and 14ft wide. Inside you will find 2 double huts, one luxurious triple hut and a crew hut. Each hut has a shower with cold and warm water and toilet. The cozy cabin and pantry are very comfortable and the pantry has all the possibilities to cook any kind of meal which of course the crew will do for you.

On board you will find snorkel sets, fishing gear, windsurfing boards and a dinghy with 15hp outboard motor that can bring into the shore of any remote beach to explore, snorkel etc.  Furthermore all the navigational instruments are present and a radio with 12 CD, 220 Volt generator, 2 big fridges and a mobile phone. For the guests security the yacht is fitted with life vests, life lines, life boat (10 persons) and has a very capable crew with a great sense of responsibility.

You can charter this boat in private for approximately £ 225 per person per day (based on 2 persons 2 days sailing). Rates vary on the nr. of days you would like to stay, the number of people you book with and the season. Contact us for more information.
